One connected marketing workflow

Insight. Campaign. Assets.

  1. Find the direction

Start with your audience, goals and lessons from previous work.

  2. Shape the campaign

Give the message, channels and creative brief a clear purpose.

  3. Make the assets

Reuse what fits. Create what is missing. Review before release.

Your brand context, creative work and decisions stay connected.

Your everyday marketing experience

More than content. A clearer way to market.

For people turning an idea, a product or a business into a campaign. Bring your context, develop the direction and keep the creative assets useful beyond a single launch.

Marketing insights

Make sense of your audience, positioning and feedback. Turn what you know about your product and previous work into a useful marketing brief.

Start with the direction

Campaigns

Connect the goal, audience, message and channels. Shape a campaign brief that guides the creative work, rather than producing disconnected pieces.

Creative assets

Find and reuse your images, footage and templates. Produce reviewed scripts, storyboards and video assets, keeping brand context and human approval in the loop.

Built from real product-marketing experience

VP Marketing.

Agentic AI, with accountability.

Developed from hands-on work marketing the founder's own products: understanding audiences, shaping campaigns, iterating on creative work and keeping what is useful for the next launch.

A producer and eight AI specialists coordinate video production, from a short brief to a reviewed draft. Three reviewers score scripts; one reviewer checks storyboards. The owner retains final approval.

The current platform stores content in Azure Sweden Central. AI processing may take place outside Sweden. Customer deployment and processing requirements are scoped separately.

From a question to creative work

A marketing loop. Not a pile of assets.

Start with what you know, give the campaign a purpose and build assets around it. Keep decisions and feedback useful for the next production.

The same marketing purpose. An enterprise operating model.

Reach your customers. Engage your people.

Enterprise support covers both external and internal marketing. Shape the experience around your audiences, brand context, approval responsibilities and deployment requirements.

External marketing

For the people you want to reach.

Product launches, customer campaigns, brand storytelling and sales-enablement assets. Align the message and creative work across teams and channels.

Internal marketing

For the people who make it happen.

Employee communications, change initiatives, onboarding and internal campaigns. Give each audience a clear message, with the right people reviewing the assets.

Need your own environment? Enterprise delivery can include full Azure landing-zone deployment, European sovereignty requirements and a tested exit route. These support the marketing experience—not replace it.

Explore enterprise deployment

Enterprise deployment & professional support

Not just provisioned. Ready to operate.

Full Azure landing-zone deployment for organisations that need a dedicated foundation for their marketing and AI workloads. We scope the environment, deploy it through code and hand over the operating knowledge to your team.

Based on Azure landing-zone design areas

Identity & organisation

Tenant and billing decisions, Microsoft Entra access, management groups, subscriptions and role boundaries.

Networking & connectivity

Network topology, private connectivity, DNS, controlled ingress and egress, and connectivity to your existing estate.

Security & governance

Policy baselines, approved regions, secrets, access controls and a documented allocation of responsibilities.

Operations & recovery

Monitoring, budgets, backup and recovery requirements, operational runbooks and validation of the agreed controls.

Infrastructure as code

Versioned Bicep or Terraform, deployment pipelines and repeatable platform and workload environments.

Handover & ownership

Architecture decisions, deployment source, an inventory of dependencies and a practical handover to your team.

European sovereignty & exit planning

Azure-first. Not locked in by design.

Sovereignty is more than where data is stored. It includes who can access it, which law applies, who operates the services and whether you can leave. We turn those questions into an actionable plan.

  1. Define your boundaries

Agree residency, processing, access and jurisdiction requirements with your security and legal teams.

  2. Map what must move

Inventory data, models, identity, search, messaging, storage and operational dependencies.

  3. Prepare the alternative

Keep containers, infrastructure definitions and data exportable. Design replaceable service contracts.

  4. Rehearse the switch

Test the agreed migration path, record limitations and define cutover, rollback and recovery steps.

A practical route, layer by layer

Illustrative alternatives from the VP Marketing architecture. Replacements require engineering and validation; they are not drop-in equivalents.

Azure services and potential European or self-hosted alternatives
Azure implementationPotential exit route
Container AppsKubernetes / OpenShift
Microsoft FoundryEU-hosted models / self-hosted vLLM
PostgreSQL / Blob StorageEU PostgreSQL / S3-compatible storage
AI Search / Service BusOpenSearch / NATS / RabbitMQ

An exit route is an engineering engagement, not a guarantee of legal compliance or a claim that the current Azure deployment is already cloud-independent.

Questions

Clarity before commitment.

Is this for end users or enterprise teams?

Both. End users have a marketing experience centred on insights, campaign direction and creative assets. Enterprise support adds team-specific audiences, approval responsibilities and deployment requirements.

Can enterprise teams use it for internal marketing?

Yes. Enterprise support covers external customer-facing marketing and internal marketing for employees, onboarding, change initiatives and team communications.

Do I need my own Azure deployment?

Not to explore the end-user experience. A dedicated Azure landing zone is a scoped enterprise service for organisations with their own security, operations and sovereignty requirements.

Does an EU region automatically mean sovereignty?

No. Residency is one part. Processing locations, operator access, legal jurisdiction and the ability to export and migrate also need review. Requirements are agreed with your legal and security teams.
